A rare opportunity has come on our books, working for one of our fantastic clients who are incredibly well known and respected within the Food Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Production Manager to manage a team of 17 and report to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the packaging of materials and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the department and efficiency in the production process.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Supervise and support the production team where required
• Maintain the efficient and effective working environment
• Support the Quality Department
• Final record and weight checks of all goods
• Ensure manufacturing process
• Cleaning schedules are adhered to
• Managing staff performance and training
• Enforce all company rules, policies and procedures
• Continuous machine improvements and basic repairs
• Health and Safety
