This magnificent Rosette Hotel property in the stunning Countryside are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Pastry Chef De Partie to join their talented Kitchen Team. You will be expected to produce meals to meet the high standards for which the hotel is known for. The hotel also provides catering for conferences and weddings; as a result applicants to this position should be experienced in fine dining. This role will involve taking control of the pastry section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required as well as aiding the development of the junior chefs.
