We would like you to take them to the park, the library, and be outside as much as possible.
Meal prep, light tidying.

I work shift work so my schedule is different & here's what I need:
One week Monday/Tues the next week Weds/Thurs and some weekends if it coordinates with your existing schedule. Typically 8 hrs tops. Start time 9am
