Duties
• The incumbent serves as operations specialist for the USAG Benelux DPTMS
• Performs planning to support daily garrison operations and the contingency peacetime mission and coordinates emergency planning.
• Reviews policy guidance for the Plans and Operations Division and recommends changes for Operations Orders (OPORDS), taskers, and exercise plans.
• The employee assists in identifying trends in operations for the planning, coordination, and evaluation of training, to include the development of the training programs to support garrison operations.
• Employee prepares, and assists in providing, master organizational charts and information on the organization and function of various staff elements.
• Performs analysis of support mission taskings to determine operational and training resources impact, thereby ensuring timely reaction in adjusting to any shortfalls.
