HR Specialist (Military)

This position is located on Chievres Air Base in Belgium. The area of responsibility of the Garrison encompasses multiple countries (i.e. UK, FRA, LUX, BEL, NL, and GER). The composition of the workforce consists mainly of LN (Belgian and Dutch staff). The surrounding area is rural with other cities within 30 minutes drive. The base is in central Belgium with the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Germany within a day's drive.

Duties
• Analyze military HR management issues and problems and develop recommendations and alternative solutions.
• Serve as one of points of contact for providing technical advice and assistance to all levels of management officials within USAG BENELUX.
• Assist in organizing and preparing training classes, workshops, and briefings to provide current guidance on promotions, evaluations, awards, and military personnel procedures.
• Keep abreast of new developments and regulatory guidance from higher authorities.
