Applications are invited for ONE position of JRF on the project, “Phase and Bandgap Engineering of III-Oxides in Quest of Interfacial 2DEG” funded by MoE-STARS under the supervision of Prof. Rahul Kumar (Department of EEE, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus), Prof. Ankush Bag (Department of EEE, IIT Guwahati).

Responsibilities

Device simulations of Ga2O3 based heterostructures and devices, Growth of Ga2O3 by LPCVD, Fabrication of SBD and FETs, Basic material characterization, and device testing.

Qualifications

B.Tech Electronics Engg. or MSc. Physics/Electronics/Chemistry or M.Tech Electronics/ Chemical/ Material Science/Nanotechnology.
