The BITS-RMIT PhD Program is a unique transnational program that allows you to obtain a joint PhD from two leading universities BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani) and RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia).

Project Title: Synthesis of biosurfactant functionalized low-cost nano-adsorbents immobilized in a porous matrix to remove dyes and heavy metals from tannery industry effluent in a fixed-bed continuous column

Fellowship & Duration

● In India (3 Years): Annual Stipend INR 4.44 Lakh + Annual top-up stipend INR 1.06 Lakh

● In Australia (1 Year): Annual Stipend of A$33,826

Eligibility

● M.E./M.Tech. (Preferred) or B.E./M.Sc. in Chemical/ Environmental Engineering or allied disciplines.
