CULTURE FUNCTION

The role belongs to Capital A’s Culture function, which designs, develops and supports employee engagement across all lines of business.

1. Initiate and support employee engagement initiatives.

2. Drives common employee experience across all Capital A companies, eg onboarding, growth and development, wellbeing and employee recognition.

SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaboration with culture leads to ensure consistent employee experience across Capital A organizations and countries of operation.

2. Keep employees informed through effective communication channels and platforms, ensuring transparency and timely dissemination of information.

3. Support and enhance common employee experience frameworks and processes, such as onboarding, to ensure their ongoing relevance and effectiveness.

4. Implement employee wellbeing programmes, initiatives, and resources to promote a healthy and thriving work environment.
