Your role

To assist in providing support to the team on HR administrative functions.

What to expect?
• Support HR team on daily operation
• Assist in recruitment functions including sourcing of candidates, coordinating interview and executing hiring procedures.
• Assist on HR Digitalization Project
• You will provide information to the employees by answering questions and requests
• You will need to assist and support on welcoming new employees and explaining working conditions & benefits
• Assist in handling HRIS related matters & personal file management.
• To support various HR initiatives i.e. employee engagement activities
• Perform other related administrative tasks

Requirement
• University diploma/degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Psychology or equivalent.
• Attention to details and self-driven.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
