We are currently looking to recruit a Used Car Sales Controller who will be responsible in aiding the Sales Manager to support the Sales team in daily operations in such a way to maximize sales.

This will include aiding the Sales Manager in appraising staff training needs and coach staff as required. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales target for used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.

The hours of work are 8:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday, with a day off in the week. You are required to every other Sunday, and get one full weekend off per month. Saturday hours are 9am - 5pm, Sunday hours are 10am - 5pm.

Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £65,000 plus benefits, including a company car.
