Essential Skills/ Experience
• Must have Open market Lending, cards and payment*
• 5-10 Years' experience
• Experience of owning a workstream for delivery within a large project environment * Capable of ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes in line with Barclays policies and standards
• Management of RAIDs and resource requirements with appropriate and timely escalation of problems and issues
• Experience operating with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (Scaled Agile Framework experience advantageous)
• Defining and delivering multiple projects to plan
