This vacancy is for 21.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days Monday to Friday. Evening work to 9pm will also be required on a rota basis. A merit list will be retained for all candidates that meet the criteria after interview, then any future vacancies will be offered to candidates on this list. Any future roles may be for different hours or working patterns than for the current vacancy and will be discussed at the time.

Overview Of The Job

This is an administrative role based within the Probation Service (PS) Directorate in HMPPS. The job holder reports to the designated Line Manager and supports the provision of business specific and transactional office-based activities.

The job holder works collaboratively with other team members to provide reception duties and a range of administrative support services.
