Job title:

Mental Health Support Worker.

Hours:

full-time or part-time Salary: £13.50
• Plus 25 pence per mile.

Shift Patterns:
Early/Late 5 days out of 7.

Location:

Yate, Patchway, Staple Hill, Thornbury We are seeking someone with prior experience providing long-term mental health assistance.

You will be working directly with service users of all ages, supporting their needs in relation to social factors, appointments, and wellbeing.

You will also be part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring service users meet the requirements in place for ongoing treatment and support. This is a full-time, permanent position.

What you will be doing:
· Supporting Individuals in their own homes to regain their Independence.
· A minimum of 6 months experience working in the mental health field or related industry.
· Knowledge of various mental health conditions and their treatments.
