Job Summary?

Candidate with an ability to Govern and manage the Change & Incident Management Process and ensure standardization.

Years Of experience Needed:-

Any Graduate with at least 6 – 9 years of experience in the relevant area.

Technical Skills:
• Good Knowledge on Microsoft Office
• Experience in working on Service Now tool
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and its various towers
• Management of Apps Release and software Deployment across the group infrastructure and environments.
• Change approval/Management/requests-manage the end -to -end change process ,including running a change advisory board to facilitate the change approval according to Client processes and those of Vendor group partners requiring international co-operation.
