An exciting new opportunity waits in the Western Cape; a leading manufacturer is searching for a Production Supervisor.

You should have a relevant Engineering qualification or a valid Trade Test as well as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an engineering production or metal processing environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential as you’ll be the one supervising the production team. Knowledge of Welding or Boilermaker operations will be a huge bonus!

In this role, you should have excellent manufacturing experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production plans are fulfilled, this means optimizing all resources and initiating corrective actions where needed. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring adherence to all standards and policies with regards to performance management, health and safety and quality assurance.
