Job Title: Team Leader / Shift Leader

Location: Staines Upon Thames

Hours: 39 hours

Salary: £13.60 weekday & £14.75 Weekends.

About the Role: Amber Mace is recruiting for a Team / Shift Leader to join a reputable small-medium size residential home in Staines-Upon-Thames. The role will be to oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality care for residents. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and a passion for improving residents' lives.
