As an Order to Cash Associate, you will be an integral part of our O2C team in Basingstoke; responsible for sales ledger activities such as approving trade accounts, billing, collections, query resolution, cash allocation, and maintaining a healthy ledger status. Collaborate with a passionate team to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Order to Cash Supervisor, you will build and maintain strong customer relations, ensuring timely cash flow through proactive collections. Monitor customer payments, distribute billing documents within strict deadlines, and uphold month-end deadlines with precision. Address pricing issues collaboratively with trade teams, contributing to the "Right First Time" philosophy. Your dedication will minimise bad debt and provisions, ensuring the financial health of our operations.

This is a permanent position based at our Finance Hub in Basingstoke, working in a hybrid capacity.
