We are committed to bringing joy, creating connections and making memories for our guests. We are seeking a dynamic Group FP&A Manager (Modelling) to help drive our strategic vision forward. This is a new opportunity based at our Finance Hub in Basingstoke, offering hybrid working.

You will lead the modelling requirements for our new Planning and Performance Management department, developing and maintaining financial models for scenario planning, MIP calculations, cashflows, business cases, strategic planning, and capital allocation. You'll ensure data integration for off-system models, champion external benchmarking and competitor intelligence, support investor relations, and assist in the annual budget and long-term financial planning processes. Additionally, you'll build reporting templates and undertake ad hoc projects to support the Head of Group FP&A.
