Job Description

With continued success and business growth Wincanton have the opportunity for an Order Management/Processing Clerk to join our team at Branston. Our Order Management/Processing Clerks are responsible for processing details dealing with internal and external customer/supplier calls of a varying nature.

This role is working any 5 out of 7 between 08:00-16:00, and 10:00-18:00 rotating .

Salary £23625 per annum

How will you contribute?
• Working as part of a team the post-holder will need to work alongside colleagues sharing their experience and knowledge to provide customers with a high level of service delivery.
• Ensure that all incoming calls are answered in line with the SLA criteria and are dealt with appropriately and promptly.
• Manage customer incident calls/emails through to completion.
• Chase information from 3rd party network.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance of specific spreadsheets as and when determined necessary are completed.
