Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Highways Administrator to join Bradford Council on an initial 9 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supporting engineers with their administrative duties such as processing documentation, logging information on the internal database systems, and getting approvals on order forms.
• Assessing and inputting activities on the highway into various electronic ICT systems
• Processing section 278 and section 38 plans on behalf of engineers
• Monitoring and reviewing works applications on a regular basis
• Receiving, reviewing and processing temporary order applications relating to works/events on the highway
• Providing data support in the issuing of invoices for highway licences, highway permits, and other charges
