Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Sutton Housing Partnership, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of 20.57 which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a Skilled Repairs Operativethis role will be: SM1 4LE

The Right Candidate Will
• Groundworker with experience in fencing, bricklaying, paving, tarmac Adam, concrete works.
• Undertake all aspects of repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals of installations in occupied and void properties.
• Fault finding and diagnosing the causes in your specialist trade to identify the most appropriate cost-effective solution is applied.
• Responsible for ensuring that any follow-on or related repair works are identified where these cannot be completed during the first visit.
