Project Control Coordinator

We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team supporting our multi-unit residential construction company.

NOTE:
• Must be willing to various site locations in Uxbridge, Stouffville, and Newmarket
• 100% onsite
• 8:00am -5:00pm preferred. Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work during busy times
• Valid driver's license and own reliable source of transportation

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with the client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Help prepare budgets and estimates
• Oversee project procurement management; including locating appropriate suppliers and researching purchase options
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
