The Opportunity:

Our client, A well respected Engineering firm who provides process improvement, and business strategy services to the food and beverage industry are looking for an IT Specialist. This person will be responsible for providing customer-centric technical support to all employees to ensure optimal operational effectiveness. The role is located in Elora Ontario.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Provide customer-centric technical support to all employees.
• Reporting to the Director of Administration, the IT Specialist will support our employees, assist in the management of the network, and support office resources.
• Work closely and in tandem with our co-managed IT service provider.
• Manage and maintain active directories ensuring user and group administration, security policies, and access controls are in place and up to date.
• Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
