1. Gathering product quality information & Summary report2. Make a Warranty Claim to Manufacture in oversea.3. Follow up and manage after sale's documents such as warranty claim report/Payment and service campaign.4. Technical issue communication with dealer, supplier in Thai, Japan, India, China and Indonesia, and sometimes end user5. After sales activities / campaign6. CSI ( Customer satisfaction Index ) customer telephone survey periodically.7. Coordination between service team and PDI team.8. Other task as assigned by Department Manager.1. รวบรวมข้อมูลด้านคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์รถแทรคเตอร์หรืออุปกรณ์การเกษตรและส่งรายงานสรุปให้หัวหน้างาน2. ดำเนินการเรียกร้องเกี่ยวกับการรับประกันการผลิตในต่างประเทศ ( Claim warranty )3. ติดตามและจัดการด้านเอกสารหลังการขาย เช่น รายงานการเคลมการรับประกัน/ การชำระเงินและการบริการของแคมเปญ4. ติดต่อสื่อสารปัญหาด้านเทคนิคกับตัวแทนจำหน่าย ซัพพลายเออร์ในไทย ญี่ปุ่น อินเดีย จีน และอินโดนีเซีย และกับผู้ใช้สินค้าเป็นบางครั้ง5. มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมหลังการขาย ...
