รวบรวมข้อมูลด้านคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และส่งรายงานสรุป
2. Make a Warranty Claim to Manufacture in oversea.
ดำเนินการเรียกร้องการรับประกันการผลิตในต่างประเทศ
3. Follow up and manage after sale's documents such as warranty claim report/Payment and service campaign.
ติดตามและจัดการด้านเอกสารหลังการขาย เช่น รายงานการเคลมการรับประกัน/แคมเปญการชำระเงินและการบริการ
4. Technical issue communication with dealer, supplier in Thai, Japan, India, China and Indonesia, and sometimes end user
การสื่อสารปัญหาด้านเทคนิคกับตัวแทนจำหน่าย ซัพพลายเออร์ในไทย ญี่ปุ่น อินเดีย จีน และอินโดนีเซีย และกับผู้ใช้สินค้าเป็นบางครั้ง
5. After sales activities / campaign
มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมหลังการขาย / แคมเปญ
6. CSI ( Customer satisfaction Index ) customer telephone survey periodically.
