Job Responsibility
• Achieve the sales target assign by company.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products.
• Provide timely support to customers via email, live chat, and phone.
• Maintain and update customer details within online platforms.
• Inform customers of deals and promotions.
• Report customer feedback to internal teams for improving customer experience.

Job Requirements
• Min possess SPM.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided.
• Preferred candidates with English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Demonstrable track record of success in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills
