Job Responsibility

Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative and clerical support

Data Entry
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company databases.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Communication
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Office Management
• Maintain contact lists and handle requests for information and data.

Support To Team
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Special Projects
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Job Requirements
• Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• OR Diploma and above (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Language Proficiency
• Basic understanding of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

Technical Skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
