Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at M Hotel Sorong. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of food service operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, providing training to staff, and managing budgets.

Qualifications
• Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
• Working knowledge of computer software programs (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPro Hotel System).
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English.
• Excellent Communication skill and Leadership abilities.
