The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities
• Lead and maintain HACCP systems to Company requirements.
• Supervise and assure that plant is operated in a safe, clean and efficient manner, complying with all company and government regulations.
• Supervise the validation, calibration, maintenance programme of equipment and facility systems.
• Support Production and Process Improvement and Champion the Continuous Improvement Programme. Work closely with R&D Team, production managers, data support team and factory director.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve effectively all issues concerning factory operations such as quality, engineering, productivity, training, performance appraisal, 5S discipline, safety, …
