Navigos Search's client, FDI investor, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leasing manager (Country) to lead our team in achieving exceptional leasing results.

Descriptions:

1. Strategic Planning and Analysis:

• To spot and seize expansion prospects, track and evaluate industry developments and rivalry.

• Provide guidance on how to carry out in-depth benchmarking and market research to help with the creation and application of successful leasing plans.

• Examine and suggest extensive merchandising strategies to maximize rental income and tenant mix.

2. Leasing management:

• Manage and oversee all leasing operations, including both ongoing and ongoing initiatives, for the company's multiple investment properties.

• Find high-potential new tenants ahead of time to fill empty premises.

• Take charge of the leasing procedure, which includes arranging client meetings, site inspections, and lease negotiations.
