• *Job Description: Furniture Costing Analyst**
• *Requirements:**

- Minimum 3 years of experience in costing, merchandising, or production in manufacturing.

- Knowledge of raw materials in the furniture industry, especially outdoor furniture, and patio Bill of Materials & packaging.

- Familiar with local raw material markets, suppliers, and cost trends.

- Proficient in conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis.

- Understanding of cost drivers for product and packaging materials.

- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with production factories.

- Proficient in MS Excel.

- Ability to work under high pressure.

- Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.

- Fluent in English and a team player.

- Detail-oriented and able to organize and analyze large data sets.

- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure cost accuracy.
