Project Description:
• The project is focused on Telematics ECU development, integration and bug fixing for Japanese OEMs. Presence on-site needed for in-garage and in-vehicle testing, debugging, logging, flashing, etc. System and software level involvement.
• The Resident Engineer will be in direct contact with both Customer and OEM, working together with them on-site and in garage for clarifying topics, investigating issues, logging data and flashing new images for the vehicle TCU and other involved ECUs.

Responsibilities:
• Answer level 1 technical questions from customers.
• Perform tests, bug reproduction / retrieve needed logs on the projects: test bench, vehicles, factory
• Communicate to Valeo Sys / SW / SysVal development team
• Patch, reflash needed boards at Valeo, customer location or factory
• Design and execution of test cases in the field of SWE.5 SW Integration
• Bug tracking, documentation and reporting
• Management follow-up
