Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Taunton, Somerset.

Package for the Care Home Manager includes but is not limited to:
• 35,000 - 38,000 per annum
• Performance based bonus package
• Full time hours
• Opportunities for training and development

Care Home Manager Requirements
• Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
• Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Careis essential
• Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
• Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
