Client's Accounts Supervisor - Rugby - £32k

This is a great opportunity to join this very long established Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have multiple branches within the area. They deal with residential and commercial Sales and Lettings, Auctions and rural properties. They are currently looking for a Client's Accounts Supervisor who will ensure compliance with RICS Clients Money accounting rules along with other statutory and regulatory requirements. The postholder will be responsible for managing the Accounts Clients Money team in the accurate and timely processing and management of clients’ money, including rent management.

Main Duties
• Ensuring daily cashier processes are completed accurately
• Overseeing the cashiering workload including, delegating workflow to the team, ensuring completion of tasks, acting as point of escalation for queries, and reporting.

• Reconcile bank statements
• Resolve any discrepancies and complex issues
