Position: SERVICE SALES POSITION (Permanent)
SERVICE AND SALES ADVISOR - BASED BINLEY WOODS, COVENTRY - FULLTIME - PERMANENT - £23,000 to £28,000 - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
The Junior / Service Sales Advisor will be COLD CALLING factories plus other industries to book themselves an appointment, once onsite they will have a series of questions to ask so that we can offer a service quotation.
All information from the appointment will need to be fed back into the service department accurately including details such as hours run, serial numbers and models.
The office will put the quotation together and the Junior / Service Sales Advisor will be responsible for taking the quotation back in presenting it, answering any questions and winning the business.

Duties:

On a daily basis you will be Cold calling, booking appointments and client visits
Accurately feeding service requests into the office, all serial numbers and information gathered needs to be accurate.
