Lettings Negotiator - Leamington Spa - up to £25k basic plus bonus

My client is a leading, independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand based in the Leamington area who have been established for over 30 years. They provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Leamington Spa.

Main Duties For The Lettings Negotiator Role
• Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
• Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
• Booking and attending viewings
• Carrying out regular Landlord updates
• Negotiating offers
• Processing applications
• Dealing with customer enquiries

Key Skills Required
• Lettings or Sales Experience
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Results driven
• Team player
• Full, clean driving licence and car although a pool car is available for use
