NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Flexible location as this is a field based role - South Midlands preferred but flexible
Salary in range £45k-50k, Uncapped bonuses to £15k at target , Car or Car Allowance, Pension, healthcare

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new business through a structured blend of direct approach, visits, networking and referrals.
Focused on opportunities at companies with several hundred employees.
Utilise a range of data sources including internal databases and CRM system.
Follow structured sales processes to close business.
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
