W Talent are delighted to be supporting a high growth business in the Lichfield area, who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities
• Production of monthly management accounts for multiple entities, providing analysis and investigation of results and variances
• liaising with operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Business partnering across the group, working closely with non finance stakeholders
• Preparation of forecasts and providing support and guidance
• Managing rolling cashflow forecast and payment runs
• Provide support to annual audit processes.

What we're looking for:
• Part/Qualified or Qualified by experience Accountant with at least 3 years experience
• Experience in management accounts preparation and reporting.
• Distribution industry knowledge would also be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Excel and relevant formulas
