W Talent Manufacturing are supporting a leading manufacturing company based in Rotherham who are now looking to recruit a highly talented Production Shift Manager to drive manufacturing improvements across the South Yorkshire site.

My client is now looking to recruit a highly motivated, Production Shift Manager to manage a team of 40 employees and drive manufacturing improvements across the production facility.

You will report directly to the Production Manager with full ownership and responsibility foy your own shift. If you are enthusiastic, focussed and ambitious with the desire to develop in a thriving business then this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for taking key production decisions in the absence of the manufacturing manager.
