We’re supporting our client, a leading global Automotive specialist based in Lichfield, who are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their growing team. The successful Production Supervisor will have experience of Supervising a team, improvement opportunities and promoting H&S.

Responsibilities for Production Supervisor:
• Line manager of 15 to 25 operators who work in the same time frame (shift)
• Make sure QCD indicators reflect customer expectations
• Define, together with the supervisors of the other shifts and the UAP manager, QCDP targets for the GAPs (improvement versus actual situation): ppm, pph, TRS, absenteeism, number of accidents, improvement ideas…
• Manage resources to reach results: adapt headcount to volume, etc.
