Network Specialist

The Network Specialist supports all Network Operations and Delivery teams, and is focused on leading the new technology introduction, evolve network acceptance, coordinate projects, and lead network upgrades. You will also be the champion operational readiness and process improvements working closely with Solutions & Architecture, Sustainment and NOC teams.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in the hands-on troubleshooting of network technologies with a strong knowledge of a variety of network vendors and their management systems. You will provide technical support to operations teams for escalated incidents, and also work with Solutions & Architecture team and network vendors for new technology deployments, helping to build, maintain, and operate a reliable network for customers.
