Our client in the FMCG Branding industry seeks a strong National Sales Manager to supervise their sales operations and teams.
• Tertiary qualification in supply chain or related ideal
• 5 years+ in a Sales Management role within FMCG
• A track record of managing Teams on a National or Regional Basis
• Strong client relationship network/skills within the FMCG space
• Have worked with some of the major FMCG Food and/or Energy brands in South Africa
• Strong strategic sales skills
• Experience in human resource objectives ie recruiting, selecting, training and disciplining employees
