• Degree in Engineering or related ideal
• 10+ years in Product development and Management within Automotive
• Exposure to motor Roof Racks / Storage a definite advantage
• Very strong Product-to-Market experience
• Global / International exposure
• Excellent Management skills
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including market research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch
• Strategic Product Planning
• Solid exposure to interactions with various company disciplines such as sales and marketing, manufacturing, and product development
