Job Responsibilities

Champion Retail Culture

• Act as a role model and change agent to embrace and promote CD Retail Culture. • Drive initiatives that reinforce our cultural values and enhance staff engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to execute culture-related initiatives.

• Support performance management with regional teams.

Project Management & Execution

• Manage and execute project aligned with the Retails Culture Plan.

• Obtain stakeholder approval for formulated plans and initiatives.

Data Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze cultural trends and customer satisfaction surveys.

• Identify opportunities for improvement based on relevant reports.
