We are looking for a Cluster Hotel Operations Manager in Portree, Isle of Skye for our three hotels! You will be reporting into the Cluster General Manager and will manage the Rooms Division Manager, two Restaurant Managers, Bar Manager, Restaurant & Bar Manager as well as a Reception & Housekeeping Manager.

This is a full time, permanent role working 45 hours a week Monday through Sunday, 5 days a week for our Portree Hotels; The Bosville, Marmalade & the Bracken Hide. We operate three restaurants; Dulse & Brose, Chargrill and Am Braigh, as well as two bars; Merchant & the Snug. We also have our own in-house laundry.

As an operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all of the operational departments within our hotel, ensuring that front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments perform their roles in a way that provides exceptional and memorable stays for our guests.
