Join a well-known client in the fashion industry to support the Human Resources team! We are in need of an HR Administration Payroll professional with strong English skills.

Responsibilities:
• Actively support the business operations through effective HR services
• Handle various HR tasks such as hiring, contracts, Time and Attendance systems, payroll processes, communication with local authorities, and more
• Ensure full compliance with local HR and payroll regulations
• Manage shared HR Operations inbox
• Prepare and validate contracts
• Maintain accuracy of Time and Attendance and WD systems
• Administer working visas and occupational health
• Generate monthly reports
• Assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR administrator or Payroll specialist in Switzerland
• Proficiency in English at a business level
• Strong administrative skills
• Preferably familiar with Workday
