Overview

An established firm of Civil Engineers is in the market for a Junior Project Administrator.

If you meet the followig criteria, this could be the role for you:
• Completed BSc or BCom Degree
• Available immediately and able to work Monday to Friday, 07h15 to 16h00 in Westville
• Live in or withiin reasonable travelling distance of Westville
• Have some work expeirence that is releative to the duties outlined below:

Coordinate project communication and meetings

Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports

Develop and track project schedules

Assist with budgeting and financial management

Assist the managers with invoicing

Data capture and uploads onto Regulatory Database

Support quality assurance processes

Assists the managers with adhoc tasks More Detail
