The sales agent must be able to generate sales for the company through closing sales deals with clients over the phone and through digital platforms and by maintaining good customer relationships.

Areas of Responsibility (Your duties will include but are not limited to)

Sales
• Identify and approach potential clients
• Have suitable/extensive knowledge on all products (preferably from the stationery industry)
• Keeping up to date with product information
• * Administration
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Handle customer grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Always try to increase the orders with clients

Teamwork
• Support the sales team
• Actively participate as a member of the team

Educational Background:
• Grade 12
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
