We have a great opportunity for you to join our Income team as our new Direct Debit Administrator! You'll be part of our Income team making sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none.

Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a ‘can do’ attitude are all essential as you’ll be our ambassador when speaking to our customers who want to pay by Direct Debit, review their rent account and determine appropriate payment plans.

This varied role includes; general administration, responsibility in setting up, amending and monitoring Direct Debits and calculating payments to ensure ongoing charges are covered in full.
