The Transformation and Information team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Change Analyst
As part of the Business Change team, this role plans, coordinates, manages, and analyses data to produce meaningful information in relation to the people side of change, which informs business readiness and adoption across multiple IT and Change projects. Presents information which supports the Business Change Partner Team.
Supports Business Change Team in ensuring the success of projects by proactively managing the deployment of Change Management activities, workshops and therefore ensuring the business are prepared for the changes as well as creating materials and organising a SharePoint site to support the user experience once the change is implemented.
